Welcome to the IOP

The Institute for Organization and Human Resource Management (IOP) is an academically independent institution of the University of Berne of both a specific Swiss and a more embracing international orientation. It emphasizes organization and human resources as critical management components. The IOP is under direction of Prof. Dr. Frauke Lammers. It promotes European and global thinking.

Prof. Dr. Norbert Thom is emeritus since Feb. 1st 2012. His successor will be Prof. Dr. Andreas Hack.

 

News Inspection of examination papers (Intercultural Human Resource Management) will take place on Friday, 30 September 2011 between 02:15 and 03:30 pm at the office 109 at Engehaldenstrasse 4. If you wish to consult your exam paper, please send an email to hubschmid@iop.unibe.ch till 29 September 2011, 2 pm.
