principles. Human resource management module: basic principles of human

allocation, retention and motivation of human resources, layoff and outplacement, organisation and agents in human
resource management, human resource marketing, human resource
information systems, human resource controlling. Organisation module:
introduction to organisation, overview of the theory of organisation,
organisation as management instrument, elements of organisation,
organisational parameters of action and structures, evaluation and
selection of efficient frameworks, techniques and methods of
organisation. |
