Human Resource Management and Organisation
Type Compulsory course
Contents Provides application-oriented knowledge in human resource management and organisation along with their basic theoretical principles. Human resource management module: basic principles of human resource management, human resource requirements planning, human resource acquisition, human resource development, human resource allocation, retention and motivation of human resources, layoff and outplacement, organisation and agents in human resource management, human resource marketing, human resource information systems, human resource controlling. Organisation module: introduction to organisation, overview of the theory of organisation, organisation as management instrument, elements of organisation, organisational parameters of action and structures, evaluation and selection of efficient frameworks, techniques and methods of organisation.
