The course will take place in the Spring term 2012 and will be taught for the last time by Prof. em. Dr. Norbert Thom and Elena Hubschmid.

Due to the new data protection regulations of the University of Berne, the exam results of the 1st and 2nd sessions of the exam on Intercultural HRM will be no longer published on our institute’s homepage. All the results will be forwarded directly to the dean’s office of the Faculty of Business, Economics and Social Sciences. Students will be informed of the exam results via personal email through the direct mailing system of the ePUB.

Aims To look into and understand the peculiarities of human resource management in intercultural contexts and to become able to take them into account in own behaviour.
Admission requirements For students of the University of Berne as well as for students enrolled in ERASMUS and BENEFRI programmes, who are working towards Master degree: completed main course of studies (BBA).
