Aims	Solving organizational or human resource related problems on the basis of the current state of knowledge in Business Administration, in cooperation with partners in business and public authorities.
Admission requirements	> Master study programme: completed main course of studies (BBA) > lic. rer. pol. programme: completed introductory course of studies and certified attendance of "Human Resource Management and Organisation" (or Human Resources I and Organisation I) or successful completion of an entire IOP "Fachprogramm". > Limited number of participants.
Methods	Reading / home study, lecture, case-related work with partners in business and administration, presentation of solutions, paper.
