Course materials will be provide on Ilias. In the first lecture the password will be announced. |

Contents |
The course introduces experiments as an empirical research method in the field of organization. Different experimental techniques will be discussed (lab, field). Topics include teamwork, cooperation, reciprocity and intrinsic motivation versus economic incentives. Students will learn how to do experiments and will conduct their own experiment in groups. Each group writes a paper on their experimental findings. |
